A Maud woman, accused of intoxication manslaughter after crashing her pickup into a ditch allegedly told investigators she “couldn’t remember” who her passenger was. State troopers who responded to the June 29th crash on Highway 8 found beer cans in the cab of the F-150 driven by 51-year old Stephanie Diane Fannin; she is being held in the Bowie County with bail set at $1.5 million. If found guilty she faces up to 20 years in prison.
