A Benton, Arkansas man has been sentenced to five years probation for posting a woman’s photos and phone number on a website known for adult content after she stopped speaking to him.
Texarkana, Texas police say 39-year-old Andrew Loron Austin created a fake escort page using pictures the woman had shared after they met through a dating app. The victim had stopped responding to his messages after one in-person meeting in August 2024.
Austin used the alias “Jordan Andrews.” He was sentenced to 10 years for felony online impersonation, but the sentence was suspended in favor of probation. He remains jailed on a separate hold related to alleged online fraud in Arkansas.
