Texarkana’s Animal Services Department is inviting pet owners to Bark at the Park this Saturday, November 1st, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Kylee Sullivan Dog Park in Spring Lake Park.
The event offers free rabies vaccinations and city pet registrations, with additional vaccines available for a small fee. All paperwork and shots will be handled on-site — just bring your pets!
Organizers remind participants that dogs must be on leashes and cats in carriers. The event is open to everyone, including residents outside Texarkana, Texas, though city registration may not meet other cities’ requirements.
